Return and Cancellation Policy

Spares and services does not accept returns until the product is damaged or unuseable.

Cancellations:

All cancellation requests must be initiated within 12 hours of placing the order or before your order has been shipped, whichever is earlier.

In case your order has already been shipped, cancellation of order will not be eligible.

www.sparesandservices.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order. If your order is cancelled after your payment has been made, the said amount will be reversed to your account within 4-5 working days.

Refund Policy:

Refunds are subject to the following:

1. When the product is unavailable and the payment was already made.

2. If the product was damage/ lost in transit (if adequate proof is provided).
