You will always have a tracking number emailed to you once your order has been shipped out of our warehouse or store.
We offer standard shipping delivery charges on all orders in India.
Where All Do We Deliver?
We deliver in India. So we request you to provide full street address with state, pin code / zip code and nearby landmark of your address. We cannot be responsible for postal delays resulting from incomplete address listings.
To ensure that no disputes arise, kindly make sure that someone is there to receive the package when delivery is attempted. Please note that there are no shipments made from the store on sundays and public holidays,however if required please leave a message and a representative will fulfill your requirement.
Also be aware that all shipments to any College/School/Hostel/Office are placed at the customer’s risk. If the authority does not accept your package or it is refused for any reason, bonfresh.in will under no circumstances issue a refund to the customer’s account, nor shall bonfresh.in will attempt re-shipment of the same order.
Calculating Cost
Shipping cost is based on item price and weight. More number of items in your shopping bag will get you the benefits of lesser shipping charges. All weights will be rounded up to the next 500 grams.

All shipments are dispatched within 3-4 working days from date of order
Address Change Requests
Once an order is registered, you cannot make any alterations.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Charges for transportation would be 40 for courier and 16 for transport.
Please note: some courier companies charge a penalty for incorrect shipping addresses, wherein the address and zip code do not match. In such case the customer shall, without any exception, bear the cost of such penalties and/or fees. Please make sure your shipping address is correct. In the event of a reshipment of the same order, customers will be responsible to pay re-shipping charges for the re-shipment.
Billing Address and Shipping Address
Billing Address is the address where a customer gets his bills. Shipping address is the address where the customer wants to receive their shipment.
